Are Christians Polytheists Because They Believe In The Trinity?

No.
A polytheist is a person who worships more than one god. Some atheists and Muslims have falsely accused Christians of beingpolytheists because they mistakenly believe that the Trinity is composed of three gods.
Even though the doctrine of the Trinity may seem mysterious, it is actually reasonable, logical, and warranted by the Scriptures (Acts 17:11). There is one God (nature) [Deuteronomy 6:4], and in that one Divine nature are three personalities/persons who compose that one Divine nature – the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit (Matthew 28:18-20). Confusion on this topic often occurs due to mistaking nature as personage. As long as these two categories are distinguished, there should be no accusation made against Christians that they are polytheists.
