—Do You Take Off Christ When You Put On Your Clothes?

by Kevin Pendergrass

When we become a Christian, we are commanded to walk in the newness of life (Rom. 6:3-4), be different from those in the world (2 Cor. 6:14-18; Eph. 4:22-24) and be holy in all our conduct (1 Pet. 1:13-16; Rom. 12:1; Col. 1:22; 1 Tim. 2:9; 1 Pet. 2:5-12). When we live faithful as Christians, the world may think that many of the things we do are strange. This is to be expected and anticipated (1 Pet. 4:3-5, 12; John 15:18-20; 2 Tim. 3:12). As followers of Christ, we must and we will cause due attention to ourselves as shining lights in a world full of darkness (1 Pet. 2:9; John 3:19; 8:12; Eph. 5:8, 13; Matt. 5:16). With these things in mind, the question you need to ask yourself is: “Does the way I dress reveal my spiritual, godly light?”

Lots of Letters!

We have received so much encouragement from you all that we decided to double up for this newsletter!

You have a very good idea doing this and even as a member I have learned a lot. But, I'm now trying to convert my girlfriend, and she has many, many questions. Unfortunately, I'm not a biblical scholar nor a preacher. Your system I believe would be very good for converting her and many others. You give the explanation and the scripture. But, I can only give the explanation off the top of my head – not the scripture – and the best way to convert someone is to say, well, this is what the bible says, and this is what we believe and do. And, I feel your system does this in a short, topical, to-the-point lesson. So, I'm requesting the whole set of media for the church so then I can borrow what I need, and they can have the set for others.

I suffer from depression, schizo, PTSD, and depression, and sometimes, I am a shut-in. Your ministry keeps me going literally on a daily basis! I thank God for you and the church!

I have been listening and viewing your media material, every since Bro. Coffman was kind enough to provide me with your audio CD\'S and DVD\'S,because I greatly desire to be a gospel preacher, and that is why I am humbly requesting some more audio Bible lessons.

Good News From A Far Country

“As cold water to a weary soul,
So is good news from a far country.”
– Proverb 25:25

Caught the last half of your show from the Orlando area. I was dumbfounded that anyone had the guts to speak the truth about Mohammed and the Muslims in general. If Islam isn't directly created by the devil then nothing is. Congratulations!

Good morning,

Saw your program for the first time this morning and it is very refreshing to hear the true Gospel on our TV station. It is channel 34 here.

Blessings.
